Return Guidelines
We want every SienbyNien purchase to feel intentional and meaningful. Because each item in our collection is unique and carefully sourced, we encourage customers to review all available information, including photos, descriptions, and measurements, before placing an order. Doing so helps reduce unnecessary returns, which benefits both the environment and our team.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, send an email to return@sienbynien.com.
Please include:

the email address used during checkout.
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the next steps.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition of the item

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The original security/return tag must be fully intact. Once removed, a return is no longer possible.

Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without this packaging cannot be accepted.

Timeframe

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping responsibility

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Returns must be sent insured and with registered tracking.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be ineligible for a refund.
Incorrect or Problematic Deliveries
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@sienbynien.com so we can correct the issue promptly.
Any discrepancies or problems with delivery must also be reported within 48 hours; after this period, claims cannot be processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used during checkout.
