Dispatch Days
We prepare and send out parcels from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Please note: No shipments are processed on weekends or national holidays.

Tracking Your Delivery
Every parcel we send includes tracking.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Processing
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Orders are packed within one business day and then transferred to our trusted delivery partners. When your parcel is on its way, we’ll send the tracking message straight to your inbox.
Entered the Wrong Address?
If you noticed an error in your shipping details, contact us right away: support@sienbynien.com. We can update the address as long as your order hasn’t been prepared for dispatch yet.
