Terms & Conditions – Version 1.1
Effective as of 12 August 2025
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements made with SienbyNien V.O.F., located in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands.
1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms govern every order, quotation, and agreement between the customer and SienbyNien.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.3 Any exceptions or changes must be confirmed by SienbyNien in writing.
1.4 All rights granted to SienbyNien in these Terms also extend to third parties engaged by SienbyNien to fulfil obligations.
2. Offers & Formation of Agreements
2.1 All listings and offers presented by SienbyNien are without obligation unless clearly stated otherwise.
2.2 An agreement becomes binding only once SienbyNien has explicitly confirmed the order.
2.3 SienbyNien may refuse an order or apply additional conditions at its own discretion.
2.4 Should an order be declined, the customer will be informed within five (5) business days.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT under the margin scheme applicable to pre-owned goods.
3.2 Payments may be completed through iDEAL, Bancontact, or bank transfer. The payment date is the day funds are credited to SienbyNien’s account.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
4.1 Deliveries are available only within the European Union.
4.2 Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment has been received.
4.3 Estimated delivery times within Europe are 2 to 5 business days. Delays caused by carriers fall outside SienbyNien’s responsibility.
4.4 A Track & Trace code will be emailed once the parcel is shipped.
4.5 Orders placed during weekends are processed on the next Monday.
4.6 If an item is no longer available, the customer will be informed the same day.
5. Withdrawal Rights & Return Conditions
5.1 Customers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving their order, with stated reason.
5.2 Returns must be registered via email or WhatsApp, and the item must be returned within 14 days of registering the return.
5.3 Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition and the attached sealed return label is fully intact. Removing or damaging the label voids the right to return.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.
6. Retention of Ownership
6.1 Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
7. Authenticity & Guarantee
7.1 SienbyNien guarantees the authenticity of all designer bags offered for sale.
7.2 Items are assessed by internal specialists and, when needed, external experts.
7.3 If authenticity concerns arise after purchase, SienbyNien may request evaluation by a third-party authenticator. Any additional verification costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Liability
8.1 SienbyNien’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the item concerned.
8.2 SienbyNien is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, shipping delays, or external causes.
8.3 Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 In situations of force majeure, SienbyNien may suspend or terminate the agreement without any obligation to compensate the customer.
10. Inventory, Drops & Availability
10.1 New releases (“shop drops”) are published every Saturday at 10:00 CET.
10.2 Availability shown on the website is indicative. In rare cases, simultaneous purchases may result in items becoming unavailable.
10.3 In such cases, the customer will be notified within 24 hours and refunded in full.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All website content—including text, images, and branding—is the intellectual property of SienbyNien.
11.2 No content may be copied or distributed without prior written permission.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 Customer data is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.2 Personal data is used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and customer service.
12.3 Customers may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of their data.

13. Customer Service & Disputes
13.1 Customer support is available via email and WhatsApp.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
13.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
